QuadVan rant, Agile praise

Man these guys at Quadvan have lost my business. I've tried calling on several occasions and no one ever answered. Finally left a voicemail and never got a callback. I've read on here their communication sucks. I was undecided between them and Agile Offroad so I was just trying to get some initial info. Had an awesome and very informative talk with John at AO who knew I didn't even have a van at this point he still spent almost an hour discussing things with me. I'm sold on AO. Hoping to have a van in the near future then John and the guys at Agile will be getting my business for sure. Way to go John and thank you for your time.

We appreciate the kind words. John is doing a much better job than I did... LOL

QuadVan is a great company as well and has a really good straight axle conversion - I am sure they are just very busy.

We all are and that is what is so great about 4X4 VANS!

When you get your conversion done at Agile, you wont be disappointed. John and Ramsey are super honest and very knowledgeable with these vans and I had a great experience with my conversion.

John and Agile's RIP package was a major improvement to my '14 quad van and John's customer service was excellent.

I recently had some work done at Quadvan on my SMB. The owner, also named John, is a solid guy and a strong contributor to the community. He knows engineering and these vans extremely well. John also does very high quality work.

Not making excuses for him not responding to you, but from what have experienced/seen he was probably taking extreme care of a customer and didn't make it back to you. High demand, only so much time in the day. and someone who is very dedicated to customers = delays.

Just my 2c. Good luck.

I have heard good things about him and the company which is why they made my short list. I'm still in the market for a van so there's still time. Kinda looking for to a "Smarter Than Dirt" license plate frame, lol.

Thanks guys!

John at quadvan helped me solve an annoying steering problem that the dealer could not, he is a good guy and I'm sure he was/is very busy. I have had good communication with them in the past in regards to my 2014 quadvan. Same to be said for agile when I got a quote on their rip package for my van. Just my 2 cents, J

I didn't have the best experience with Quadvan either - tried to get an extended range diesel fuel tank that he told me they had in stock. I kept calling and never received a callback. Sucks because I was in the area for a while. Oh well.
