Quigley Bump Steer

Since I got this van it had bump steer. It felt like I had to have a good grip on the steering wheel at all times, as one should.

But after a tire rotation last week it is GONE! No more bump steer at all. This isn't the first rotation either and my second set of tires. What could have made the difference?

The tires were already on the van with 6000 or so miles before rotation and the elimination of the bump steer. The bump steer didn't change at all when I put them on new.
