Caller: Uh, yeah I bought a 2005 Ford EB and I've decided to have the 4x4 option installed.

SMB: All right sir, we can do that. When would you be available to have the van to us?

Caller: Uh, um, can you pick it up?

SMB: Sure, the cost is 65¢ a mile. Where is the van located?

Caller: Ah, about halfway up the Rubicon Trail...

We also have a Salem Kroger 4x4. They use a new Ford F350 complete front axle and transfer case.

Amazingly, the F350 front axle mounts line up with the van springs and and shock mounts. They fabricate mounts for the axle locating arms and modify the crossmember for clearance.

I like having all Ford parts, and none of the dealers have had any problem working on it.

We ordered the Electric Shift-on-the-fly option. We can lock the hubs from inside or manually lock the hubs from the outside. They also installed a 46g tank and a Warn front bumper. The bumper is a modified P/U item and they make mounts for it.

We are very happy with the results.
