Sportsmobile 4x4 sway bar link removal

For those of you with a Sportsmobile factory 4x4 conversion what do you do with the sway bar when you remove the sway bar links? Do you tie them up somehow or just let them ride? Will they drop down or stay put?

Yes I also use a bungie cord. Sometimes I just pull one link and let the sway bar float with the other side connected.

If they’re anything like mine, there’s disconnect mounts you can get, which are essentially stud posts with a spot for a safety D ring to swing up and secure your end links to. Boulder offroad mounted a set on my rig when they added the disconnects. I’ll take a pic and post, but these are similar...

REF, where did they mount the pins? Did they drill a hole in the frame rail?
