You caught it in front of the house. It belongs to the Owner of the Shop I work at. Aluminess shipped the rack up and it does not fit. We are waiting for a fix now. It also seems like the Ladder is for the Passenger door but was supposed to be for the driver.

Yes it is 4x4 and is a Whitefeather conversion. Ford Front end on a custom subframe. Drives nice. The only thing I don't like is that he uses the MB rear axle and the Ford front and the two have no Ratios in common so it has to run different size tires so you have to carry two spares or not use 4x4 if you have a flat. It is kind of like a Quigley and is more for added traction not hard Off Road.
Back in the day I remember +/- 10% was supposed to be effective in ratio difference in Jeeps. Nothing is exact, even with the same tires at the same pressures you're still going to have a different effective diameter and therefor different RPM at each tire.
