Steering kit Ford E350

I have a ‘04 E350 sportsmobile 4x4 lifted from sportsmobile back in the day. In the process Ordering new leaf springs front and back. Also looking at replacing tie rods and ball joints. Would this steering kit be a direct replacement? It seems so but I don’t know if sportsmobile did something special for tie rods when they did the conversion.

No offense but the price for that kit is insanely cheap. I would be concerned about the quality of the parts and steering components and ball joints are not a place to cut corners.

Sportsmobile mostly used Moog on front end components. The drag links look different to me. The ball joints are also likely different than what is in that kit for a rear wheel drive van. The 4x4 SMB uses Dynatrac hubs. Cross reference the part #'s with this reference: https://www.sportsmobileforum.com/fo...hread-786.html

Hope that helps and good luck!

Yeah it doesn’t fit. I found a spec sheet I have and I’m gonna go with moog tie rod ends. Turns out the are special for this setup. Only thing I can’t locate is the inner tie rod specs. It’s not on my spec sheet. Just the outer tie rods.
