That looks good. The 35s look the right size. Now I want 35s...

Where did you get these? And are they 16x8? What offset?

If you are asking about mine.
They are 17x9 ATX rims 4.5" bs -12 offset
I got them locally and paid more than if I sourced them online, but was able to get them mounted balanced and know where to go if I have any problems.

Re: Tire and Wheel Gallery - Post Yours Here!

Liking the looks of those rims cjken - getting ready to order new rims/tires from the local tire dealer and the Mojave 2 is on the short list.

Quick ? for the masses regarding the Cooper ST Maxx's - getting ready to pull the trigger on a set of 315/70/17s and I've always gone w/ an E Rated tire for the load rating. However, the Maxx in 315/70/17 is only D Rated but it has the identical 3195lb rating as the E Rated BFG/Toyo's etc...

Thoughts?? Rig is 10,500lbs....

275/70/18 Toyo ATII on 18x9 ProComp rims with +5 Backspacing. Did I mess up by trusting the guys at the local shop? They said that +5 BS = ~-12MM offset. After doing more research, it sounds like the +5 went the other direction. Any help clarifying is appreciated.

I believe that 5" bs on a 9" rim will be around 0 offset. You will probably be ok rubbing wise with 275's and that setup.

Love the look of the MT's, and your van. I've been told that MT only makes rims with a 125.19mm center bore. Is that what you have or am I getting misinformation. I have a 2004 SMB conversion and as I measure my existing rims, they have a 130mm center bore. Where did you get yours?

Re: Tire and Wheel Gallery - Post Yours Here!

My van came from FamVans with 285/55/20" tires that have worked fine for beach running and light off road general camping. Now that it's time for a new set of tires, what are the disadvantages to replacing them with the same size Coopers?

I don't see many of you running anything this large and no one with such a low sidewall profile. Do I need to change out the wheels too to get back to a more serious off road set up?
