I like America's Tire Co./Discount Tire.
Back in 94 they fixed 4 tires with nails in them. We had piles of debris because of the Northridge quake, and I was about to go on a trip. Brought the Windstar in and they fixed them all for free, even though I had NOT bought my tires from them. I have been their customer ever since.
They have just about everything online, but are local so they can do all the mounting and balancing. Also, they guaranty their tires with certificates (that you do have to buy) but theirs are the only ones I know that apply off road. I once had severe sidewall damage on some BFG AT KO's on my 4Runner and they replaced the >$200 tire no questions asked. Most will only do that if the tire is damaged on road.
When I was having Agile do my 4x4 conversion, I purchased the tires and wheels at my local store and had them picked up from the store down the street from Agile to be installed. Very accommodating.
They also price match. I found my wheels on sale at 4WheelParts and they matched the prices. Matching Costco is also a good idea, though Costco wont let you put oversized tires on your vehicle, so you have to figure out the correct size and their website is not set up for that. I have had to guess at a vehicle that I think will use the desired size on theirs.
