Correct. They are now a slip fit once I drilled the holes out to 11/16th

Everything I have read for the ford setup has the studs pressed into the rotor and then the rotor assembly slides onto the hub from the backside and engage the flange on the hub. With my rotor drilled out to 11/16 I can no longer press the studs into the holes. I can only imagine that I am way over thinking this. I will try to pull a tire today to get a few pictures. Thanks for your input boywonder

The studs don't press into the rotor........you have studs sticking out of the hub flange, correct? The rotor holes slide over the studs sticking out of the hub.....Why are you fooling around with studs/lugs?

You've drilled the holes in the rotor out to work with 8x170mm studs, correct?

....can you post a picture of your hub that's still attached to the van?

Here is the back side of my rotor. You can see the stud heads. My setup is just like the one I attached previously. I will pull a wheel in the morning and upload pics.

I said screw it and pulled a tire. Here is what I am dealing with. The hub flange is on the front side of the rotor. I have to remove the hub rotor assembly and remove the rotor from the back side. What I am unsure of is, are the holes on the rotor supposed to be 11/16 and the studs a pressed through the rotor and into the hub? Or did I screw up by oversizing the holes and the studs are supposed to press into the rotor and slide into the hub?

I will. I'm going to do a write up for this once I get it all figured out. Might have enough time to pull a hub today. I won't be able to g ed t them separated today since I don't have access to a press.
