Momentum re-worked the SMB panel to allow access to wiring behind w/o removing screws from the L-brackets. Panel flips up to allow access.
In addition Rixen controls moved back to just above main units. Espar diagnostic control is located below, next to main units.
The Rixen controls have the new digital thermostat. In addition, they are now located above the drivers side bench seat, and the same side our heads lay in the new flare pod permanent bed.

To counter the heavy parasitic draw on the MB van battery MV installed the pictured battery tender. It’s a multi-stage “smart”charger.
History on this, which I will post in more detail under the specific thread for the topic: the Van was quickly losing its juice from the van battery due to multiple parasitic draws on it when engine off. Typical time to dead battery was under ten days. A few examples of draw were Compustar system, drone mobile, Agile Off-road aux fuel tank electrical components.
Wired to both the 110 panel when hooked up to shore power and the van is stored (Most common use).
Also wired to inverter for extended boondock periods if needed.
MV did their usual outstanding job on this install. The charger is located in the main electrical compartment right next to the inverter and main electrical panel. The wiring run then heads out to the van battery compartment.

Nice work!
Reminder to those who may have forgotten, the house batteries are lithium and the engine battery is AGM, thus the need for separate charging systems with different charge profiles.
Momentum Vans reworked our overhead liner to be removable in panels in order to access wiring, plumbing lines, rooftop cutouts.
Much as I did with our boat, I’ll remove the panels for inspection once a year. This method also allows easier modifications when working to each side of the van for wiring runs, etc.

Backcountry, what do you use the overhead bars for?
We found initially there weren’t enough places to hang clothing. These bars are used for cloths, towels, etc. For someone who’s pretty tall it would be an issue but we’re both about 5’9”.
If we go on a wet hike, the extra space to spread out damp clothes with the D5 pumping out dry heat is a bonus.
