2018 MB Sprinter 4x4 Availability?

Does anyone have the details on what's going on with 2018 MB 4x4 Sprinter deliveries to outfitters? SMB tells me they have not received a single unit, but I haven't been able to get any more details on why or when this situation will be resolved. I was told they are pushing out build dates through October based on this. While I haven't studied things closely, it does appear that other outfitters are shipping product with scheduled dates so some vans must either be arriving and going to other companies, or presumably scheduled for delivery. Here are some threads to read through. It's more info than I can really repeat in one post. After you read through all these, you'll see what I mean. It's the short roof models that also have rear glass and/or rear seats that still are not getting released. Short roof models with no rear glass and no rear seats are getting delivered (to dealers and upfitters) and all tall roof models are being delivered.
