I don’t believe those are wood screws. I have these and they are screw snaps. They are screwed in and the head is a receiver for the snap. Sportsmobile uses snaps that can be covered with a material, be it fabric or this vinyl material.
You can actually buy these screw snaps in marine supply stores or Amazon. They come in very handy. I used some to secure my insulating curtain, behind my cab seats, along the side edges to help seal off the cab from the living area. I also used four to secure my bath mat to the inside of my shower enclosure door, when not in use.
You can probably contact Sportsmobile to ask where they source their grey vinyl material from so you can get an identical replacement. Those panels should just unfasten from the wall. Then you can staple new vinyl material to the thin plywood backing. There should be a layer of thin foam between the plywood and the vinyl.
EDIT: I did some searching and I think what they are using is something called Dura Snap. They are like the screw snaps, but they have the covered snap buttons in various materials. The screw is a Philips head screw that holds the snap receiver like a washer. You can find them here:
