John at the Sprinter Store (Upscale Automotive) in Oregon is a really good resource for Sprinter suspension items; they service Sprinters as well. Ping him about the air bags to see what he says.

Re: Sprinter 2500 Air Spring Air Lift

I've done AirLifts on three different vehicles, and have been very happy with the results.

Leveling side to side, raising one end, leveling at a campsite, carrying a heavy load sometimes, etc.

Is this the "fix" that is being offered to you?

Re: Sprinter 2500 Air Spring Air Lift

Sportsmobile has not responded. They initially offered to add airbags -- for a price, but said not to worry about side to side out-of-balance.

Mercedes Benz Body Builder Tech reply was

Do not add airbags since they may impact adversely the adaptive ESP system.

Sounds like airbags may confuse the computer.
