Sprinter Stereo Speaker Locations

I'm curious to know where everyone's speakers are located. I just got a 2006 Dodge Sprinter with the OEM "stereo" with only the 4" speakers in the dash. I'm going to install the Jensen VM9414
Navigation receiver and I want to add two (front) door speakers if possible (although the doors seem too shallow), and two 6x9s and a subwoofer with amp in the back.... I'm thinking of mounting speakers in the rear doors and/or in the cabinets directing downward... I'll post some pics later today so you can see my layout because it is a bit atypical....

Where are your speakers located?
Do the 2007 and later models' front doors have more space?

I managed to upload some pics to my gallery for those who are interested.....
And, I'm having 2nd thoughts on the Jensen GPS receiver due to bad GPS reviews.
