I Line-x'ed my whole Van and two toned it where the rockers are. Main color is Olive Green and the rockers are black.

FYI - There is a special masking tape that has a wire in it that you can buy to do a clean trim of the material when you pull it off. It is expensive though.

Re: Bed lining the side or rocker panels.

on mine, I didn't feather any thing. Just sprayed on 2 or 3 coats and pulled the (normal) tape. But the stuff isn't as thick as you would think, or at least not as thick as a commercial type bed liner. I would say 1/16" or so.

Brand name or seller? This would be the perfect material for this job!

Just got it back actually. Still have to go back for some touch ups but I think it looks good.

Just bumping this back to the top to post this link: http://www.langeman.com/WireTrim

This particular brand and type doesn't seem prohibitively expensive---a few good videos maybe helpful to the DIY's.

Re: Bed lining the side or rocker panels.

How did you guys prep the side of your van before applying the bed liner? I have seen trucks with the liner material on the rockers peeling off.

Also, anyone sprayed the conversion van style running boards/fender flairs? My van has these and the paint (gel coat?) is cracking and peeling the same way my penthouse is and it looks a bit crappy.

Has anyone had issues with these bed liner products not withstanding the flex in these parts?
