Billet Grill Ford Emblem

I've been considering a billet grill for my 2004 Ford van. I would kind of like to keep the Ford emblem though and haven't been able to find any that have the emblem. Has anybody been able to find one like this or found a good way to add the emblem to a billet grill? Any suggestions as to particular brands and likes/dislikes?

I had a F350 that I removed the emblem from the stock grill and put it on the new billet. It turned out great!

I'm not sure what a billet grill is, but if it's what I think it is, why not have somebody laser cut or water jet cut a custom Ford emlblem out of 1/2" thick aluminum, and weld it onto the grill?
