Drip rail repair is on the list of things to do this summer. Jason Covert, on YouTube, https://youtu.be/S3MtTvwb-B8, shows rust removal and repair on 2006 E350. He made it look easy.

Larrie, I did see that video I wish he would have said how much sealant it took to do a van.

Great video, I only read down a couple of the viewer's questions but it sounds like two bottles of sealant were used for the entire van.

This is going to sound really stupid just because of the commercials, but Flex Seal. All the way. I was struggling with keeping up with rust due to the pent house rub issue, even here in coastal San Diego. I tried all sorts of products including rhino liner.

Flex seal literally stopped the rust in its tracks. The other nice thing about it is that I put a bit of vacuum grease on the penthouse rubber gasket and there is no more rub that removes the paint. Flex seal is extremely robust. I did this about 5 years ago, and have not had to have the wire wheel out since.
