Chevrolet suspension lift (2 wheel drive)

We all know that all the Chevrolet 2500/3500 Express vans have been super neglected over the years when it comes to suspension upgrades and lift kits.
For those of you with a QUIGLEY 4x4 we built you the ultimate coilover suspension system.
For those of you that have a 2 wheel drive your time is coming! We have been hard at work designing a new lift kit that will improve the ride.

The kits will be configured as so:

Option 1: 3" lift no shocks
3" lift spindle

Option 2: 3" lift with shocks
3" lift spindle
Fox Shocks (front)
Rear block
u-bolts
Fox Shocks (rear)

Option 3: 5.5- 6" lift with FOX shocks
Upper control arm
Lift coils
3" lift spindle
Fox Shocks (front)
Rear block
u-bolts
Fox Shocks (rear)

Option 4: 5.5-6" Total Suspension Package
Upper control arm
Lift coils
3" lift spindle
Fox Shocks (front)
Rear leaf springs
U-bolts
Fox Shocks (rear)

We are still working on pricing and look forward to this kit being available in March 2017. We are currently making a list for those of you who are interested in these suspension upgrades.

No, there's just not that many Chevy guys, as options have long been limited for lifts and 4x4 conversions.

One other thing you should look at Jeremy is a lift kit for the factory AWD Chevy/GMCs.

I am yet to have had the chance to play with an AWD but i would imagine they are very similar to 4x4 using a torsion? If that is the case our 4x4 kit should work on them>
If anyone is ever in SD and wants to swing by i would love to peak at it.

Here is an update on the 2 wheel drive kits.

These are the the main structure of the spindles which the hub bolts to on the 2 wheel drive units.
More pics to come.

i have a 2001 2500 2wd
i would probably go for the smaller lift.
i don't really need to go too big.

2 wheel drive chevrolet lift spindle

How about more pics of the Chevrolet Express 3" lift spindles for the 2500/3500 vans. I know there is not to many of you guys here with 2 wheel drive chevys but we figure you still might like seeing what we are building.

Once all of the parts are machined it goes into the fixture to be welded.

After hours of TIG welding it looks like this.
