That corner needs to get aligned, squared up...the fiberglass top may do with a patch kit but varying temps could make it leak, an entire top replacement may work better in the long run. Are you near the San Diego area? There is a body shop along Fletcher Parkway in La Mesa almost across from Costco (I think it is Carrillo body shop, pretty good, not so cheap). Good luck with the repairs.

File a claim with your insurance carrier, and let them deal with it.

If you have comprehensive insurance coverage, Blair's answer is the correct one.

If they decide to total it, then you can decide if you want to buy it back as salvage and repair it.

Difficult to offer advice without seeing the interior damage if any. Sometimes removing interior cabinets, wiring, plumbing, etc, is more work than the body repair. But, it all can be done.
