Driver Seatbelt Latch Tensioner Connector
2000 e350 7.3 Driver Seatbelt Latch Tensioner Connector??
Where does this connected to?
I do not have any other connector under the seat.
Can someone trace theirs and tell me what harness it connects to
or if it connects to some module?
part numbers would help.
much appreciated.

That connector is definitely part of the SRS system and should be attached to an under carpet harness that leads back to the PCM. Perhaps the mating portion is tucked away under the floor covering?
I'm assuming you have a SRS warning light flashing and then continually illuminated on the instrument cluster while the engine is running?
You might need to remove the seat and look a bit more for the harness and mating connector. (I'm looking for images when I had my 2003 E250 EB stripped of all floor coverings---if I have one with the harness in place I'll be sure to share it here._

There is a harness that runs from B pillar to B pillar aft of the front seats. Normally right under the carpet seam in that same area. From that harness there is a wire with the mating connector that runs forward under the carpetto to a slit in the carpet or mat where it pops out under the seat base in the middle area of the pedestal.
If the light JWA mentions is not illuminated on the dash, then someone may have messed with the light. If the light is illuminated and does not go out after you have connected that wire, then there are a few other components that may have failed. Let’s see what happens after the connector is reconnected.

I searched for the wires and removed the drivers b pillar cover.
I lifted the carpet behind the driver seat and found the wires that go to the pretensioner SRS connector. Unfortunately the mate connector was cut off-so i need to get a replacement. Thanks Guys-I will be getting a replacement connector today at a local yard. Will let you know if after reconnecting this to the belt latch if this stops my SRS light from blinking.

There really is nothing special about that connector. You can use any two wire connector or butt connector.
If you do go to the wrecking yard, get both the male and female parts.

Glad you figured it out but that's weird. Why would someone cut that out?

On a somewhat related note: Some years differ on pretensioner/seatbelt latch size
I'm working on a friends 1997 E350 and replaced the seats with newer model ones out of a 2014. Installed them, switched out the different connectors and all was well. That is until I went to connect the seatbelt into the seat latch. Different size and non compatible. (*^*&^)*%!!
A side note to the side note...and a big safety concern. The van I'm working on for a friend(1997) had been in an accident prior to purchase as I noted from some fender damage. Upon doing the seat swap I found that both front seat pretensioners had been activated and hence were now inoperable. Just a thing to look at when you're buying a used or possibly damaged van.
