Looking at rear too because I am over capacity of the rear springs and it sags pretty good with the camper hooked up.
To my untrained eye you need an extra leaf or two in your rear spring packs. Any idea how much weight the TT adds to the rear axle? Are the installed tires rated to handle that loading? Is your axle the full floating version?

From your description your van is severely under sprung, both front and rear.

Here's Sumo's site for their helper springs both front and rear: https://www.supersprings.com/shop/

If you sit level without the camper a properly adjusted equalizer hitch will do wonders.

This is not a commercial for Hensly/Airstream....it's just a decent video on what any good hitch can do for the tow vehicle.

I would never pull a 34' camper with a GVWR of 8,900#s with a car...but a good hitch works.
