E250 Rear body seal help

Hi guys!

So, here comes my first question. I just bought this van and discovered moisture and rust underneath the rubber mat in the rear. This caused one pretty heavy rust spot shown below, and many smaller areas of rust throughout the rear of the van. I plan to grind off the rust and re-paint the affected areas. However, I think the point of ingress for the water is a chunk of the rear passenger side body seal that is missing, also shown below. I don't think you can just walk into an auto zone and get these, and googling hasn't yielded much. I've also seen that getting replacements from ford could be very expensive. What's the best course of action? junkyard? try to repair it with some sort of sealant?

I don’t see in your picture where there is a seal missing. This is a great mod for helping your doors seal—might be useful to you as long as you aren’t missing pieces:

If the seal is actually missing, that won’t be any help.

Now that I look at it again, your seals look upside and backwards compared to mine. I’m no expert on these vans so maybe there is a reason for that but see pics below.

WOW YOU'RE RIGHT. THEY'RE BOTH UPSIDE DOWN. Actually, I tested the seals, and they both work! It's rained multiple times since I posted this and each time, no water got in. I messaged the previous owner, and he said for the work, they'd sometimes have to leave the doors open during rain, so I think that's probably the issue that caused the moisture in the first place. So, all I have to do is fix the rust.

And turn my seals right side up, apparently...
