E350 / E450 front end compatibility

Good afternoon everyone hey have a question I have a customer who has an e-350 van based utility truck plumbers truck he is offered me everything from the front end that pristine Hood the flush-mounted headlights the seats the extendable towing mirrors fenders are all in perfect shape it's an 04 E450 in mine is a 03 E350....
Does somebody know for sure whether these parts are compatible if so I'll go pick these things up this weekend

Thanks in advance for any information I appreciate it 😊

It is all compatible, except on your year, the E450 had far larger brakes. You can swap them, but you have to swap all of it at once (rotor, calipers, pads). Because the E450 caliper pistons are so much larger, you notice more brake pedal travel used when braking but brake pedal effort should go way down.

I apologize for hijacking the thread, but this raises a question that's come up in my build.

I put 2005 F350 axles under my 2000 E350, and I have noticed exactly what carringb said, lots more pedal travel when braking. Is the later master cylinder a compatible swap, and would it bring the brakes back to normal?

CarringB will probably know but there was a lot of chatter about this years ago when Ramsey (old member, now deceased) was first making the Agile RIP kits and messing around with bigger brake swaps, therefore experimenting with different master cylinders.

Sadly, it might take a lot of digging to find any of this info.

Yeah I was thinking about some of the suspension I'll probably pass on that unless he's going to throw it all away I'll take it but I'm going to run with a philosophy if it ain't broke don't fix it it's already gone 230,000 miles and never had any issues so it's about as bulletproof As It gets..
I'm mostly concerned about the bodywork the doors the fenders these doors are in perfect shape so instead of taking the mirrors off I'm I'm just going to take the doors I think...lol
Can I get the stuff practically free maybe a few hundred bucks I'm thinking.
I just wanted to make sure those parts are compatible from an e 450 van utility to any 350 cargo van as far as the sheet metal...
I had a set of barn doors I was going to buy last year to replace the slider until I asked a question here and found out everything is all different that save me two hundred bucks! Thanks for the reply is here that is 👍
