Easily Removeable Roof Rack...or really low one

I would like to add a roof rack, but I only have about 4" clearance on my penthouse top to garage door

So I have questions
- How is a roof rack mounted on the PH top? Can I use the bolts that stick out the top?
- What models are you using?
- Is there an easily removeable one?
- Should I just put mounting eyes and use a pickup bed net?
- How much load can I put on it and still raise it? A quick stopover is part of our travel plans

The Yakima rack that SMB installed on my van comes off pretty fast. You still have a small bit left on the rails maybe 1 1/2 " the rails come off clean. I have to do the same to put my van in my storage when I want to break out the old bird.
