Extended hinges/stops for Econoline rear doors

First time posting here. I have a 2002 E350 SMB and am trying to see if can get the rear doors to open further than they currently do. I can get 90 degrees on right but something less than that on left where I have rear mounted spare. I think with some adjustments ( maybe an Aluminess rear carrier?) I can get the tire to clear the indicator lights but I need hinges/stops that open further to allow that....any idea anyone? [I guess at around180 degrees is theoretically possible without anything on the door but don’t need that].

Hard to tell from your post, but it sounds like you have something other than the door hinges themselves restricting how far you can open them? The stock rear door hinges will open ~180 unrestricted.
