F series front hitch on E series van

I've been trying to come up with a good, clean way to get a recovery point on the front of my 1993 E250 without swapping the stock bumper(I actually really like the low profile look).

A front hitch makes the most sense but all of them that I can find for E-Series hang down below the bumper a bit and I'd rather find something that's tucked away.

The F-Series front hitch is hidden behind the bumper and extends through one of the air intake openings. I'd like to find something exactly like this to fit my van.

Does anyone here have enough experience with the differences in bumper mounting points between F and E series? Mainly, is the bolt pattern the same between the two? Frame rail width? Etc....

See photos for the hitch I'm referring to:

I'd like a front receiver/hitch on my 2002 E350 also - but the Warn12000 winch is in the way - and not to mention the blocking of air flow for the AC / radiator - if you were to mount a spare tire up front - which is what I'd be interested in doing.

Anyone have anything to add here? I'm still thinking about this but don't want to order the hitch until I have a little more confidence that it will fit as return shipping will be a killer!

It’s my understanding that the van frame is wider than the truck frame so the holes probably won’t line up.
