F350 (body lift)

Hello all. YES that's a body lift... lol
I was researching a post here on body lift for Ford F350 extended cab 7.3.
I was trying to find out if anybody has ever done a 1 to 2 inch lift and if it was completed and what was required preferably info on the steering or shift mechanism if it needed to be extended many 1 in do not require an extension.
I already have Moog Springs and lift blocks I would like a little more clearance for engine work and access as the poster in this form was attempting.
If it was a four-wheel drive off-road vehicle I would shy away from body lifts, I'm familiar with prerunner builds.
We have had two body lifted trucks in the family for over 35 years one of them was almost a daily driver. There's really no problem with them if done right, for their purpose that is just a little extra clearance and height. This F350 is a 2wD beast, just the engine is 900 lbs, so it's ONLY dirt trails NO ventures into sand etc...
THANKS, ANY HELP OR LEADS ARE APPRECIATED!
