We are building one next week on a Mercedes Sprinter, so I will have pics in a week or so.
We will be doing a rack and ladder.

These racks are running about $2399 Powder coated and a ladder runs about $750

The Transit Sportsmobile penthouse is built only on the low roof version Transit. Consider a hybrid rack with front portion solar array mount and a ladder accessed, sided rear portion?

Problem I'm running into is that I need a rack now, and then another rack after I get my CCV. I found a contractors set of cross bars for $75 and scooped them. Gonna use them until I get my CCV. Funny how we need to spend $12k on CCV then another $2500 on a rack for it. It's like the M car tax...

What did you end up getting for your CCV top? I'm looking for options right now.
