Ford E-Series relocate factory wiring harness

Wondering if any of y'all have attempted to relocate the Ford factory wiring harness running along the driver-side ceiling and into the rear corners of the van. I appreciate this harness being easy to access, but it seems very much in the way - particularly in the rear corners, where installing paneling will be hard as Ford has chosen to anchor the wires on the outside of the metal skin. Seems like relocating the harness would require disconnecting all the rear lights, the backup camera, the parking sensors, etc which I suppose I'd rather not do, but if anyone else has managed I might get the courage.

Otherwise, curious how y'all worked around this issue on your cargo vans (I'm assuming the passenger van has the same wiring harness location).
