Thanks guys. Its been a fun project. Heres those door panels. 1/2 plywood with routered edges, covered in a trunk liner material that matches the bed rug perfectly. It doesnt have backing like carpet so forms really nice. I attached with nut-serts (sp?) on each corner. The bags are from my smity-bilt seat covers. The handles, home-depot, covered with the bedliner spray paint layed on thick so it wasnt too abrasive.
