Luke928 that's a nice set-up for your Toy-Hauler! How tall are you? I've thought about setting up the bed the same way you did however I'm not sure if I would fit since I'm 6'2". What did you do as far as insulation?

Re: Let's see your Chevy Express!

Insulation, I used R13 fiberglass in the van walls, and Duct insulation on the high-top. And for the bed(s), they fold down from the sides and I made them 6ft long ( I'm 5'8"), so Me my wife and Doberman can sleep sideways and have plenty of room only have 1 bed down at a time and sleep long ways (with the van).

With the beds folded up I'm hoping to fit my Harley Road Glide in it, and race mx/enduro too but not at the same time.

Oh ok! I saw in your photo account that you were using the rear bench as a bed which had led me to assume you were sleeping width wise in the Van. I like your bed set-up though, very cool! Good luck getting your Road Glide in there, I've always had issues with the bikes that have taller handle bars.

I have a 2010 EB with a custom design that was built by SMB Texas. We are featured on their website under DYO examples. For some reason they put us under the RB examples. We're Bernie & Peg.
