Same here. Right now if I park with the front uphill and it rains the water is going through the seam sealer and into the van down the back window. I'm going to expose it all soon and then do this now that I saw this thread. I would love more pics of the rust repair and dipping glass in POR. I have not heard of that before. I have used glass to fix the rust in the channel on my old BMW trunk seal.

They do a lot of custom work on truck and off road vehicle bodies. charged $450 and I have no idea how that compares but after chasing the problem for years on a 77 Chevy G20 hightop I just wanted one and done. Looks very cool too. Lower panels next?

Did Chula Vista line-X do the rust repair? Or just the line-x? Pics please [emoji106]

Crap. I knew this thread was trouble. My water into the rear window has been sourced. Start shoveling into the fan now. Click image for larger version

I don’t see how the ladder cannot pierce the drip rail seam sealer.

Yeah, that's very bad. A member who used to be active here had it worse than that. White van, I think? Maybe PJPVI? I could be way off. Anyway, I would take this to a body shop. Life is too short.
