Glider,

Check with Tacoma screw, I think there's one in Portland for your wire. We I need some 1/0 for a solar cabin project they were by far the cheapest for welding wire.

not a windshield leak

Hi - Amazing that we found this thread today. We have been struggling with a leak on drivers side floor for a year. looked at windshield. tried to unblock air conditioner hose. Finally last week I became convinced that it was coming from water dripping down through the fender. I thought if we could take the fender off we might find a hole in the wall to the inside of the car. Asked my mechanic yesterday what he thought about it and he took a look and noted the red wire coming through the gromet (I think this is to the motor for the penthouse roof lifter) and that it could be trailing through the grommet into the cab. He suggested trying to put silicone around it as there is none there. We did that today. Its raining now so we shall see
