Mine did too. I put two of them together with 2 pieces of aluminum angle. I found the pics, post 157 of my old SMB rebuild thread.

You're welcome. I think I did that back before I knew McMaster Carr was a thing. I'm sure I got what I needed from Lowe's.

Either way, easy hardware to find.
