..the sensors are somewhat good.....the tire doesn't activate them but the box seems to, although they are still useful (in my case anyway) since they beep slow when in reverse but beep faster when getting close to things backing up. I'm planning on rotating them in their holes and see if that changes anything.

Standing ovation for the re-purposed Aluminess tray and box. It took me a few minutes to notice it. Pretty incredible that it worked out as a pocket for the traction boards.

Very nice almost identical Aluminess with a nice twist. Unfortunately for me the EB does not allow very good clearance so the over hang, departure angle would be terrible for me with such bumpers. With this in mind and my over 40 years on the trails I had to design a tire mount and Baja box tucked up tight bumper with an integrated receiver to avoid snags. Kuddos to you on your work I wish I could have the room to mount a rear winch in a bumper like my XJ crawler!
