spare tire location

I bought a bare bones 1991 Sportsmobile, Penthouse roof, extended Ford E250. Where do people carry the spare tire? I have thought of making a
front bumper mount tire rack similar to what was used on class C's years ago, but I don't know how much that would affect my cooling and AC. I realize I could go to a bigger radiator to help some. Thanks for some ideas.

Hey Bob,
I'd guess that 90% of SMBers have the spare on a rear bumper mount, with the remainder storing the spare in the factory location under the rear of the body.

I don't think it would work well to store it up front, that engine bay doesn't get enough air as it is...
