Sportsmobile Upgrades on 2001 Econoline 2WD?

Hi all. My 21 year old daughter and I have purchased a 2001 Sportsmobile, it's on an Econoline 150 (std wheelbase) We've gutted the interior and are in process on a layout to build out as a camper van for 1-2 week excursions (not looking to go full vanlife).

Can anyone shed any light on what the original Sportsmobile conversion would have included? It has a fixed fiberglass raised top, and I've been told a 3" lift. Can anyone advise what else would have been done at time of original conversion? I.e. on the suspsension work, would it have been beefed up beyond that of a typical 1/2 ton?
