Van got a bath and told me what it needs next

Since buying our van in July I've been busy so only had time for quick power washes. Today I finally hand washed our baby and found three things I need some advise on how to improve.

The Aluminess bumpers have rubs or scuffs from hard play. Some show exposed aluminum. Any good tips on how to protect these and even recolor them without pulling them for new powder coat.

Next the penthouse has some cracks in the clear coat or lacquer, even a chip or two. Any suggestions on what to coat it with?

The previous owner had a run in with a tree at the passenger side mirror. He epoxied it together, it works fine but looks like crap. Anyone know of a guide, reference manual, or aid to get me started with a remove and replace? Will the bigger mirrors off of the later model vans fit, mine I a 2005?

Thanks in advance for the help!

Extra credit if you know about the sticker on the back of my truck in the picture.

For the Tow mirror, you will find most info below.
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=3077&hilit=mirror

And with the search if not enough.

Yes they will fit, maybe need an extra hole.

Not sure about the bumpers. Mine need some TLC as well. In a world of unlimited resources, I wouldn't mind hitting them with LineX (Oh, if only I had become a central banker...).

Any product like LineX is probably the way to go on the PH Top.

Mirror swap is so easy I was able to do it. Just search "Tow Mirrors" and a couple of write-ups will pop up.

Line-X is the way to go on the penthouse AND van roof around the gutters...

PatO: How much did the LineX cost for the penthouse and rain rails? That looks awesome! Any other pics...

Some other pics in my gallery. This was over 2 years ago and I did all of the sanding / priming prep myself. So it was the penthouse top (tan color), the entire roof completely surrounding the rain gutters (tan color), a kick shield behind the side ladder (tan color), the side ladder (black) and a receiver hitch basket (black) all with some type of extra UV option for about $1450. The color match was exact. At this time there has been no maintenance or deterioration other than the rough surfaces gather dirt. He underestimated his prep work a bit so I also tipped him $50 for their excellent work. The best thing I have done to the van.
