Sorry bout that, 8 inch rim. 8x6.5 (8x165.1)bolt pattern. The tire size I mentioned before (285x75x16 a 33" tire) was for a 4" lifted van. Sorry again if I misunderstood.

No worries, just so we know what offset is absolute max for the sliding doors!
If the stock rims are 7" ET6 and yours are 8" ET0, then the 8" stick in toward the wheel well an extra 7mm and out toward the fender an extra 19mm. That doesn't include any sort of additional tire bulge.

Would 285/75/16 tires on a 8" wide rim fit on a stock height van? I found the set of rims with tires below and it'd be fun to put them on even if temporarily until I get the proper sized tires.

No way 285 anything will fit on a stock van. 265/75/16s are the biggest size and if your springs are worn at all they may rub. 265/70/16s will fit all day long on a stock van.

Thanks, so they would rub on the inside eh? BTW I went to see the same style rims last night but they were 8x170mm and obviously didn't fit. I noticed it said max 60psi on the rim! If these are the same does that mean they don't support load range E tires? They usually go up to 80psi...

Possibly... my expertise on tires stops at what fits and what doesn't.
And they wouldn't rub on the inside I don't think, it would be more of the front or rear of the body/ bumper.

Since I know you have the MG conversion, do you know if a 285/75R18 will fit on an 18x9 wheel with 18 offset/5.75" backspacing? This is basically the same setup as MG, but with +18 offset wheel instead of -12. Further, what about a 37x12.5" tire?
I have the MG parts and will be converting my van soon. I'm trying to order new wheels and tires. I'd like to have the tires stick out as little as possible without rubbing.

I actually just ran a 275/70/18 to see if my tires were bad (michelin so not as aggressive) and those were fine and on stock wheels so they were in as far as any wheel made will go. I didn't have any issues so I wanna say a 285/75/18 would be ok on anything other than a stock wheel.
I'd look at how the stock wheel compares to what wheels your planning on running and as long as it's close to a 275/70/18 tire I don't think there would be an issue.
I wouldn't run a 37 on these vans. A. They aren't my style. B. Your gonna need some serious aftermarket gearing to even be close to stock ratios. C. I highly doubt they would fit.

Hey guys do you think a 265/70/17 would fit a stock height E250 van? Found some epic 17x10" rims and it would seem that's a common LT tire size.

The tires will fit as they are 31.6 in diameter just like a 265/75/16. That is the biggest tire size that will fit on a stock 2wd e250/350 if the suspension isnt sagging. Those rims are too wide though. Look for some 17x8's.
