Great shot. Is that a Jofa mouth guard? I used to run one of those along with a Uni seat and flight cranks...

Sweet! I used to ride with Carl Tobin back in the day. I think he finished 2nd or 3rd a couple of times back in the early 90s. The story I liked best was crashing and spilling his powerbar which had been cut up into bite-sized pieces. Stored in his handlebar mittens to keep from freezing. But realizing in the dark and once thawed in his mouth he had actually scooped up husky poop.

Nope, it was a jt racing mouth guard. Same concept though, lol. It was either that or a legit fullface helmet and that wasn’t in the cards. A keen eye would recognize the biopace sproket, Anyone remember those things?

That was during a moto at an event taken by one of my good friends dads. Can’t remember if I won or not, but the shot was priceless to me now. Regardless of how fast I was or wasn’t at that event.

Those were 401’s though, but no a uni seat. That was a cinelli. Same weight even with full seat guts and way more flexible. Crossing over from that fancy itialia gear to bmx. Unheard of back in the day, lol.

Well the bad new for me is 99.9% of my pics will be upside down.
The good news is I still have 15 or so bikes to take pictures of!
The bad news is they are all in a semi storage cocoon in my basement.
The good news is they are right below me in my basement.
The bad news is I documented my bikes already and I have to do it again?!?

The good news is this is a great thread for me to get off my butt and just haul my 15 bikes out.

Did I miss anything? Sheesh.

Yes. You can easily rotate your images right in your phone, device, or computer. Just select one and edit. There will be an obvious rotate icon.
