Trailer Hitch 1998 e350 Help

Hello,
I’m looking for a trailer hitch for my 1998 E-350 with a super duty rear bumper. I know the bumper sticks out more but does anyone know if it hangs lower?
Will a standard trailer hitch work? Please post pics if you’re able to help.
Thank you.

What do you mean by "super duty bumper"? To my knowledge Ford either had a standard rear bumper or step bumper. Any rear bumper from any Gen4 van will fit any other van of the same generation. If you have a step bumper, which is wider of course, look for a hitch that kind of comes out in a shallow "v" shape to get closer to the rear. Although, I used a regular straight hitch with a step bumper and didn't have any issues.

Thanks for the info, and you’re correct I have a step bumper.
I’ll look for a hitch that describes what you’re saying.

Here’s what I have (temporarily off my van). Got it on Amazon “outlet” for around $115 shipped!
