Someone in the process of building out an EB or RB (Cargo or Passenger) with rear HVAC should snag at least the below window plastic trim and the AC snorkel that leads to the droning vents.

The below window trim piece has the heater vent transition ducting attached to the back. Cut it down to what you need to route the heat to the floor. Waaaaaaaaay better than trying to use flexible ducting.
