03 E-350 Reunell Rear Bumper w/tire carrier and box

Hello all. I am selling the rear Reunell bumper off my 03 E-350 SMB. It includes the swing away tire carrier and a swing away open carrier basket. Overall it is in very good shape.
The bad: the rod that the swing away tire carrier mounts on has broken. It needs to be welded and will work perfectly again. This is great if you weld or would cost less than 100.00 to have professionally welded. New this bumper was over 2000.00
Asking 300.00 Firm as is or 400.00 and I will have the swing away repaired.
Please no low ball offers. This is a great bumper at a great price
