  • 2013: New 12V outlets and interior reading lamps
  • 2015: New electric water pump and full repipe of water lines to galley sink (Pex)
  • 2017: All engine hoses replaced
  • 2017: New muffler
  • 2017: New 84 mo engine battery
  • 2018: New tires

It’s not perfect:
  • Speedometer doesn't always work; we use our GPS to determine speed.
  • As designed by Sportsmobile back in 1991, a pressure regulator is needed to hook up to city water. This is very important. Failure to do so will blow all the water pipe seals. Pressure regulator and hose included with van for free.
  • Various external dings, a couple of rust spots and some stains on the popup canvas. This baby has been used...and loved.
  • Ignition lock is a replacement and keyed differently from door lock.
  • Something we meant to get to but never did was a cutoff switch for the fridge which is the main power draw for the vehicle.
  • Finally, this beauty has state of the art features for 1991. Which means that there’s a bit of a learning curve for understanding how to work and maintain everything. We have checklists and a manual binder for you to use.

Link with the photos works.

Your original photos aren't showing probably because your link may be wrong. Might be linked to the whole page instead of individual photo direct links. Here are two, I opened in a separate tab and used that url.

Photo link works. Question: when was the pop top resealed? I have never seen white hardware on the roof before.

Otherwise looks like a clean, well maintained unit.

Was resealed several years ago. Although there were no leaks, we saw cracks and we're very proactive about maintenance.

Its a liquid polymer called "Roof-it RV", highly rated for corrosion resistance and bond strength. It shows no deterioration since it was applied 7 years ago in 2013! Data here: http://chirienterprise.com/Roof-It-RV/Roof-It-RV.html

Thanks for asking!

I've crossed the US-Canada border several times with this unit. You know, older guy, older RV, flagged to search. Each time, customs agents on both sides of the border have exclaimed, "Wow! This is so _nice_!" :-)

Van is sold. Thanks to everyone for their interest. It went in less than a week posted on Craigslist.
