1995 E250 Restored Coachmen w/ 60k

Originally a Coachmen RB19, this 1995 E250 was recently restored by me and built to be my second rental van (we are now moving back East). It features an updated interior, new Bilstein suspension, upgraded wheels and tires, and much more. The engine is very clean, runs good, and has 60k original miles.

The original Coachmen interior was removed and rebuilt using high quality materials with a “pass-through” floor plan, new wall & ceiling panels, flooring, cabinetry, electrical, plumbing, and lighting. During reconstruction all windows were resealed, holes were plugged and resealed, and additional insulation was installed.

The upper bunk is original and better suited for soft good storage but could be a fun sleeping area for kids and measures 70" x 55". There is no supplied mattress for the upper bunk. The original sofa folds out into a bed measuring 75" x 44" which could use a reupholster. There is a space on the rear driver side intended for a cassette toilet of your choosing (black water system was removed).

Currently there is a 100ah AGM battery which charges via the alternator, solar panel, or by shore power. The original under mount propane tank powers the hot water heater, cook top, and refrigerator. The original 3way fridge runs on propane, 12v, and 120v. The rooftop Coleman A/C unit only works on shore power and works very well.

The body is in fairly good shape though it does feature some damage. The Coachmen fiberglass fender flares and side skirts are solid but do have some noticeable cracks and chips in the paint. The body shows some damage to the front driver fender, driver door, and has 3 small screw holes directly behind the drivers door (have been siliconed temporarily). The drivers door is not original and the green paint matching is a little off.

I'm happy to answer any questions you may have, but please CALL 484twofivesix8935 if interested. All texts and emails will be ignored.

I also have a google drive link with more photos and videos if you are interested.

This van is located in ASHLAND, OR.

Price Drop! $39k

I upgraded the under fridge storage with a matching latch and laminated panel and am working on the power mirror switch electrical gremlin.

Did I mention that I made $18k last year renting out out 1996 Roadtrek?

Feel free to give me a call with any questions: 484twofivesix8935
