1995 EB Hightop (not SMB)

I present, Falkor the Ford. A retired school bus (skoolie) originally from Paradise Valley School District in Phoenix, AZ. I bought this van 5 years ago from the school district at 19k miles. I've driven it as my daily driver the last 5 years/ 50k miles and it's done great. I purchased in AZ and drove it back home to San Diego where it lived for about 2 years. From there we moved to Colorado where the van did great even at 7000 feet elevation. I just got a job in Pensacola so now it is headed to Florida for its new owner. It is currently parked in Frisco, TX but will be driving out to Pensacola, FL over Labor Day weekend.

Asking $13k OBO. Would consider a trade for a Harley Davidson or Dual Sport motorcycle (plus cash on your end).

THE GOOD

1995 E350

-Clean AZ title: I paid the state of AZ a good amount of money to register this former Commercial Bus as a personal vehicle (they consider it a station wagon for title/registration purposes). It took some back and forth with the DMV and a hefty fee, but it's better in the long run. This helps you register the vehicle like a regular car or truck (no commercial or RV insurance and no special registration needed).
-351w motor 69k original miles
-E4OD transmission
-2" Trailer Hitch front and rear
-Bilstein RV shocks all 4 corners ($800)
-Moog Springs 2” front lift ($300)
-Add-a-leaf 1” rear lift $350)
-1” wheelchair body lift
-33” Pirelli Scorpion A/T tires (less than 10k miles) w/ matching 5th spare (had to trim the front bumper and add the fender flares to fit) $1200
-Weldtec fiberglass fender flares $800
-LED headlights
-Sterling 10.5” rear (open diff) 4.10 gears
-Full size folding bed in back with lots of storage (There's about $1500 worth of lumber back there for the floor, bed and shelves. The 2x4's on the floor just happened to be in there when I took the photos of the interior. There is actually vinyl flooring under the 2x4's in that photo)
-Insulated floor, sides and windows

New or replaced within last 10k miles:
-Radiator (with all new hoses, mounts, fluids)
-Serpentine Belt
-Starter
-Starter Solenoid
-MAP sensor
-Ignition Module
-Transmission Flush
-Rear Diff service
-Rear brakes
-Battery
-Fuel line
-Fuel filter
-spark plugs
-Distributor
-Cap and Rotor

The not so good:

-You will never see better than 12 MPG. Uphill, down hill, fully loaded, unloaded it always gets the same 10-12 MPG
-The rear half doors do not open thanks to someone trying to break in through the license place frame area on the back door. I got used to never opening the back doors and just consider it an added security feature (no one can come in and out of the back doors so nothing can be taken out while you're away. If you sleep in the back you don't have to worry about someone opening the door on you)
-This is the first generation electric Fuel Injection motor that FORD came up with. Just like any first year design, it has some character and takes some getting used to.
