1998 Dodge Sportsmobile 4wd

I have a friend who has a 1998 Dodge Sportsmobile 4WD. He paid 20K Plus tax 2 yrs ago. Very nice shape, seems like everything works, some recent brake work and new radiator, good maintenance records, new tires. 61,000 miles, 2nd owner. I can get it for maybe $16 to $17K. Located Washington State.

Is it worth it ?

Thx Jimmy

Welcome! You don't see many Dodge 4WD conversions. I've only seen one that I recall and that was a Quigley, a good name in the biz from what I understand. I have a '94 Dodge so I'm not against the brand. Your prospect sounds good but we'd be interested in more details on the body size (regular or extended) and the top and the interior layout. Good luck with your decision.

Full smb Interior alone or even just the 4wd alone is about worth the asking price.

I’d like to see a 1998 4x4 Dodge van and see how they dealt with the mid ship gas tank and the transfer case space conflict.

Please ask the owner where the gas tank is. Although it could be a 1997 incomplete chassis completed in 1998.

Oh well, Dodge stuff.

Commented in your other thread. You should buy it immediately at that price. You couldn't get a 2wd running Ford for that price.
