I think this rig has an axle issue while in Mexico (I think it was Ramsey who posted some pics) , so maybe the entire rear axle was swapped out.

Here's the reply I got about the single/dual wheels:
the pics were taken at two different times. Currently it has dually read.
I changed back to Dually because I like the way it drives better. But I
have the spacers and single wheels if you want to change it back.

Not that anyone here will necessarily know, but I thought ambulance bodies were reasonably heavy, so how would one be able to run "non super" singles in the rear and have enough weight capacity on wheels/tires? Or maybe they were custom rims/tires or something?
After looking over more of the photos and seeing all the great features.... whew, good thing it's a diesel! I'm more of a "gas engine person" and so if it had the V-10 I'd be so interested! Dangerously cool
