I can certainly understand. A clean v10 Traverse has always been on my top list though, along with a 4x4 Chinook, a Subaru powered Syncro and a Provan Tiger. Maybe someday I'll have one of em.

Good luck! Should sell quickly.

Is the rig still available? I live on the central coast of CA and am very interested. Can you PM if it is still available?

Do you or maybe someone here know if I can attach a roof rack to this setup? I need to carry a couple windsurf boards. Would you drive this van to Chicago in it's current condition - anything I would need to do?

This thing looks super clean! Good luck with sale.

For those that follow prices more than I, what would this sell for in SoCal if it was 4WD?

What kind of MPG does this get?

For the crew here, is maintenance cost on the v10 more expensive than v8?

I have 2 V10s and in 2wd form without a lot of crap on the roof (racks, lights, etc.) they get about 10-11 in mixed hilly and flat country. I just converted one to 4x4 and put 34" rubber on it and it went down to 9.5

V10 maintenance is nil, probably less than the v8. They are an extremely durable engine and don't work nearly as hard in vans as the v8's do. The only thing I've ever done to a v10 is put new COP's (coil-on-plugs) on one of mine.

CarringB is an excellent source of info on the V10. He abuses the piss out of his and has around 400k or something on the drivetrain. PM him if he doesn't see this and respond.

I think the big tires might be the culprit. Or maybe the taller stance of the MG kit. I've seen 11+ on 2 V10 4x4s with 285s, one Agile, one Quigley.
