Thank you, I have all the original cabinets, sink and rear couch cushions. I appreciate your feedback.

Based on the little I know of the van... If it were mine I'd put the cabinets and gaucho couch back in so it looked more pulled together and list it some where between $38k - $42k. I feel like $45k is a bit optimistic but who knows in this environment. Certainly putting it back together would make it more appealing.

Thank you, I'll put the gaucho couch back together this week, it'll only take an hour. I'll leave the other for a new owner. The reason for taking the cabinets out was 2 fold. 1) I am 6'4 and I can't sleep sleep side to side, too short and 2) the cabinet on the driver's side behind the seat was very tall and didn't allow me to recline the seat back enough to be comfortable while driving, I was sitting straight up and down like a dining room chair.

I think anything around $35-$40k would be my guess. Its kind of in limbo because it doesn't have a built out interior, but its also not a clean slate (cargo). Whoever buys this will probably spend quite a bit of time having to go through the wiring, plumbing, etc.

Garage
New owner will be joining the Forum soon.
Tim (Packrat) has been great to work with- Accommodating, Forthright, Fun, and most definitely Gracious!
I've been working with my Nephew for the past 8 or so months searching for a quality Van that would meet the criteria which would compliment their adventures. Tim's van presented a unique opportunity which we pursued immediately. Having had the pleasure to get to know Tim, He certainly is not a "common" spirit to begin with, and true to his nature he negotiated a very "uncommon" price that allowed these kids the opportunity of Sportsmobile ownership = They are stoked!
